THIS PLACE IS SO FIRE!!! this is unlike anyplace i have been before, amazing service, beautiful atmosphere and amazing food quality! would 100000/10 come a million times again!!!

We ended up here just by chance but we had a great experience dining in. All the food we sampled was delicious and the service was friendly and fast. I will return.

Got the miso soup and two Vermont rolls, which were absolutely delicious. Food arrived quickly and the fish tasted very fresh. Our server was attentive and friendly and checked in on us often. Nice atmosphere. I liked that the restaurant wasn’t too crowded as well. Would definitely come back again.

Long time staple of Chittenden chinese Faire, this place got me thru college and my first job with their low price lunch specials. Great easy option for chinese food on a weeknight and the sushi is good too! Say hi to Mr. Jerry

Not sure about all the other reviews, but as someone who has mainly lived on the coast, this is very good sushi. As someone who has eaten at most of the sushi places in northern Vermont, this is THE BEST sushi.

Asian Bistro is like a second home for us. It is pretty much a given that when we want to get together as a family, Asian Bistro will be our choice. The food is top notch, and they offer quite a variety, of appetizers, meals, and sushi. They have a full bar, including frozen drinks, and nonalcoholic cocktails. The staff is wonderful, always courteous. They remember us, and they remember the orders that are our favorites. What’s most wonderful about Asian bistro, however, is the fact that we never feel like we’re being pushed out. They’re quite busy, but it always seems to work out that we can enjoy being together for relaxed periods of time. If you’re looking for a place with good food, professional staff, and an opportunity to spend quality time with your family and friends, Asian Bistro is the place to go.

Service can be a bit slow to start, have limited waiters. But once going it is relatively fast for the food to show up. Variety of Sushi, Chinese, and other dishes. Recommend the Mongolian Beef. Any of their appetizers are excellent. Have a good selection of Maki. Noticed overall the rolls are better sit down in restaurant than for takeout/delivery.
